Venue

The meeting will take place from September 6th to 10th, 2015 in the proximity of the wonderful city of Leipzig, which hosts the two major obesity research institution in Germany, the Integrated Research and Treatment Center (IFB) AdiposityDiseases and the Collaborative Research Centre 1052 "Obesity Mechanisms". Leipzig is located about 1.5 hours by high-speed train from Berlin and is served by many major airlines. Transport to and from the airport and trainstations will be organized.

LIMIOR is hosted by the LAGOVIDA resort hotel, where cosy cottages accommodate up to four participants in double rooms. Each cottage is equipped with a fireplace, sauna and terrace directly on lake Störmthal. Lake Störmthal is in midst the ‘Leipziger Neuseenland’, a huge lake district offering a variety of leisure activities, including biking, hiking, and swimming.

Please note: The registration fee covers ALL accommodation (4 nights) and ALL meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) at LAGOVIDA during the whole meeting as well as a city tour of Leipzig and a variety of activities.
